Information on data protection
AlpenLuxus Appartements is responsible for data protection. The processing of the customer's personal data takes place for the purpose of fulfilling the orders placed by the customer by AlpenLuxus Appartements, if necessary in the context of asserting the remuneration due and to prove that AlpenLuxus Appartements has fulfilled its obligations. Only any employees and supervisors of the AlpenLuxus Appartements IT system have access to the data processed by AlpenLuxus Appartements. The customer's personal data is not passed on to any other parties. In particular, the customer's data is not transmitted to recipients in a third country or to international organizations. There is no profiling or other automated decision-making.
AlpenLuxus Appartements will store all data that has become available to AlpenLuxus Appartements in the course of its work for the customer until the claims against the customer have been paid in full. In addition, AlpenLuxus Appartements reserves the right - without assuming any obligation in this regard - to store this data as long as liability for the proper fulfillment of the order placed or of obligations related to it is still in place, or AlpenLuxus Appartements can be subject to a duty of proof in this regard, or as long as AlpenLuxus Appartements has claims against other persons, such as suppliers or subcontractors of AlpenLuxus Appartements, that are related to the order placed by the customer with AlpenLuxus Appartements.
Should a customer discover that data concerning him/her and processed by AlpenLuxus Appartements is incorrect, the customer concerned has the right to request the correction of this data and the obligation to inform the carpenter of the inaccuracy of this data.
In the cases of Art. 17 Para. 1 GDPR, the customer is also entitled to request the deletion of personal data concerning him/her, unless an exception applies in accordance with Para. 3 of this provision.
If a customer believes that the processing of his/her personal data violates the General Data Protection Regulation or the Data Protection Act, he/she has the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Wickenburggasse 8, 1080 Vienna, and/or to request a restriction of processing.
